Mary Ann Piñon
Mary Ann is an HR Leader with enthusiasm for delivering valuable HR compliance and regulatory insight to employers while keeping an eagle-eye on strong employee relations. Early in her career, she recognized the ever-important connection that positive influence and inspiration from management has on work teams. She holds an AAS in Paralegal Studies, a BS in HR Management, and an MS in Leadership and Management and is certified as an SCP and PHR. But her knuckles-down knowledge comes from real-life work experiences in career-development roles of Employee Relations Specialist and HR Assistant, Generalist and Director.
